If you are seeking educational records for students who have graduated from East Moline School District 37 in the last sixty (60) years, you must include the following information included in the request:

Records will not be released unless proof of identity can be established. Copies of proof of identity will be taken and maintained with a copy of the original record request. Record may be picked up, faxed, delivered electronically or mailed once appropriate proof of identity has been established. Record requests may take up to one week to be fulfilled.
