About Our School

RW Gingerbread man

Ridgewood School is a kindergarten through 4th grade elementary with approximately 425 students and over 50 staff. We are one of four elementary schools that feed into Glenview Middle School. Our entire East Moline School District is 1:1. Each student is provided a Chromebook for their academic learning. Our highly qualified classroom teachers and staff members provide an enriching environment for all learners. Physical education, library, music, and science classes are offered throughout the week. In addition to the regular curriculum, Ridgewood offers bilingual classes in Chin and Arabic. At Ridgewood we are focused on nurturing the whole student. Our full time counselor works closely with the staff to provide social and emotional lessons to prepare our students for tomorrow’s world.
