ESSER III, also known as "The American Rescue Plan Emergency and Secondary School Emergency Relief", fund provides states and school districts help to safely reopen and sustain the safe operation of schools and address the impact of COVID-19 on the nation's students. You may remember completing this same survey last summer. EMSD is seeking updated feedback from the community to determine how to spend the remaining funds to address unfinished learning and ongoing COVID-19 recovery.
