All of the East Moline elementary schools and the Early Learning Center will be celebrating Picture Book Month by having a Storybook Character Day on Friday, November 17th!
Think of a character from a storybook you have read and loved! Then, come to school on Friday, November 17th dressed as this character. If you have a book the character is in, bring it to share with your class. Be creative and have fun coming up with a character to become! Make sure your attire and any props are school-appropriate!

The East Moline Library has a fun painting program coming up at the library for kids in grades 4-8. Spots are limited but this is a free program. All supplies will be provided. Kids will have the chance to do glow painting on a canvas.
