Good Evening Ridgewood Families,
This is a reminder that tomorrow, Thursday, August 11, is our first day of school. Students can enter the building beginning at 8:00 am and will not be allowed inside prior to 8:00. Breakfast will be offered to those interested at this time. Students will be considered tardy if they are not at school by 8:30 am. If your student is a bus rider, they will be dropped off by the bus at the back of the building. If your student is a walker or car rider, drop off will take place at the front of the building. If you are dropping off your student by car and will be in the car drop off lane, please stay in your car. Please do not park your car in the lane. If you are looking to get out of your car, please park in an available spot or along the street.
We ask that all parents say goodbye to their student(s) outside the building. This helps create a healthy morning routine for all our students, especially those in kindergarten. We will have extra staff present to assist in getting students to their classrooms.
Also, the first day of school will be a one hour early out. School will end at 2:00 pm for all Ridgewood students. Please make sure that you account for this in picking up your student(s) or are at home when the bus drops off. Again, school will end at 2:00 pm on the first day of school.
Thank you for your assistance. We look forward to a great first day of school and a wonderful school year.
Yesterday the Ridgewood staff participated in fun team-building activities! #EMSD37Pride

We're very excited to welcome our students back to school tomorrow!
