-Tennis Club is canceled today and the season will end today.
-Looking for some summer fun? Lights ON summer registrations are available in the main office. There are only 50 spots so sign up fast!
-One By One will celebrate its 8th grade members today after school in the library, 2:30-4:00. There will be refreshments, music, and games. All members are invited to stop by! Speak with Mrs. Mojica or Mrs. Newton if you have any questions.
-Come support the Glenview Choir and be immersed into the World of Pop Music! FREE, tonight at 6:30 in the North Gym.
-Students interested in attending summer baseball camp at UT can pick up a flyer in the front office. This camp is open to 5th thru incoming freshmen.
-All artwork submitted for the art contest needs to be picked up from room 333 by the end of the week or they will be thrown away.
-Builders Club’s final meeting and end of year party will be today at Mitchell park. Students will need to ride bus 49 to the park and the activity bus will bring you back to Glenview for your rides. Any questions, please email Mr. Stombaugh.

Please join us for our EMSD Student Robotics Showcase!
Parents can attend the event with their students to see various robotic opportunities in grades K-8 in the East Moline School District.
This is a hands-on opportunity to try some of the different robotic platforms. It is a preview of activities to come for district students!

Mariachi Band Announcements
-Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 14th at 6:30pm - Mariachi Awards Fiesta in the Glenview South Cafeteria (downstairs)
*Bring your favorite food to share! Meal at 6:30pm and a recognition/awards program to follow. Plates, silverware, napkins and drinks will be provided. West Music Store will be here providing rental information and you can ask questions.
-Friday, May 24th at 6pm - ALL Mariachi students perform at Mercado at 6 pm (originally 6:30)
*Students can just stay after school, bring a snack for themselves AND either wear or bring their “informal uniform” (Mariachi t-shirts, jeans/shorts/leggings) to change into after school.
*Students will be bringing an envelope home with 2 wristbands for entry into Mercado.

-The UTHS Boys track team went undefeated, who never lost a Varsity Invitational this year. This is the first time for this coaching staff also! They are the 2024 Western Big 6 Conference Champions. Our boys came to compete, we are not done! Sectionals are next week in Moline. We are UT!!!

The UTHS Football parent and player meeting for incoming freshmen is tonight from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM in the UTHS Commons. If possible, both the player and parents are asked to attend.

-Attention Glenview students and staff. Do you like music? Would you like to support your classmates? Come and hear the Glenview bands play their pops concert tonight in the south gym. The Beginning band will play at 6; the Concert and Symphonic bands will begin at 7:30. The concerts are free but bring money for KONA ice if you want a treat. We hope to see you there.
