-Soccer club will meet today after school. Please report to the field.
-Latinx Workshop will meet today after school in room 226. We will work on testimonios and order our T-shirts today. We need your voice at the table!
-GSA will have its last meeting of the year this Thursday for all grade levels.
-All entries for the school wide art and poetry contest for Night of the Stars are due by this Friday! Anyone can enter a piece of art or a poem. You don't have to be invited to Night of the Stars to submit something.
-Today’s SEL lesson is during 9th period.

2022 Eighth Grade Promotion Information
-Promotion will be held Wednesday, May 25th, at 7:00 p.m. in the UTHS gym.
-8th graders who are being promoted are asked to arrive by 6:30 p.m. and report to the auditorium (across from the gym). Doors open at 6 p.m.
-Students who do not meet promotion requirements and need to attend summer school will not be participating in this event.
-Since there are no caps and gowns at this ceremony, students are asked to dress in appropriate attire for such an occasion. This is a very special night for your child and we look forward to honoring them for their achievements. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
-All 8th graders will not attend the last day of classes on Thursday, May 26th.

Letters are being sent home this week to students who are invited to attend Night of the Stars Honor Night. Students are eligible for Night of the Stars if they have been on the honor roll 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter of this school year. The dates are as follows:
Wednesday May 18th: 5th and 7th grade
Thursday May 19th: 6th and 8th grade
