Thanks to the East Moline Police Officers for their service, smiles, and stickers! What a positive way to start our day. #copsanddonuts #EMSD37Pride

East Moline School District Families:
Please join us for a forum facilitated by our Strategic Planning Team on Tuesday, January 23rd from 6-8 pm. We will share past successes and unfinished work from previous plans, our current reality, and we will ask the community for feedback on developing our future strategic priorities as a school district. We value your input to help us improve, grow and understand best how to meet the needs of the entire EMSD #37 community. Please see the flyer below and RSVP at the link below if you can make it. We hope to see you there!

EMSD will be back to school tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17th.

Good afternoon, EMSD #37 Families. Due to the dangerously cold temperatures forecast for tomorrow morning, the East Moline School District will not have school (Tuesday, January 16) in person or through Electronic Learning. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our students and employees safe. Stay warm!

EMSD REMINDER -
There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, January 15th in observance of MLK Jr. Day.

Today is the End of 2nd Quarter.

Good evening, EMSD #37 Families.
Due to inclement weather, tomorrow (Friday, January 12) will be a Snow Day for the East Moline School District. Due to the issues we had with our system for online learning, we will not hold an Electronic Learning Day until we get those fixed and make some changes. In the meantime, we will utilize a Snow Day for tomorrow and there will be no school for students and staff. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our students and employees safe.
Post a pic of your Snow Day Snowman on social media using the hashtag #EMSD37SnowDay and we'll compile a photo album of all the pics to share on Facebook.
Have a safe extended-extended weekend!
REMINDER: There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, January 15th in observance of MLK Jr. Day.

EMSD is in session, in-person today.

Good morning EMSD families!
Unfortunately, the district's virtual meeting platform crashed this morning making live instruction virtually impossible. Teachers have uploaded assignments into their Google Classroom or sent it home yesterday. Please have your child complete this work as best as they can and turn it in to their teacher when we return.
We apologize for this situation, and will make sure we are fully operational should another eLearning day be needed in the future. The positive is that this will provide students more time to enjoy this beautiful day by playing in all of this snow!!

Due to the incoming weather event predicted for our area, tomorrow (January 9th) will be an E-Learning Day in the East Moline School District.
