Due to the dangerously cold temperatures forecast for tomorrow morning, the East Moline School District will not have school (Tuesday, January 16) in person or through Electronic Learning. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our students and employees safe. Stay warm!

Good evening, EMSD #37 Families. Due to inclement weather, tomorrow (Friday, January 12) will be a Snow Day for the East Moline School District. Due to the issues we had with our system for online learning, we will not hold an Electronic Learning Day until we get those fixed and make some changes. In the meantime, we will utilize a Snow Day for tomorrow and there will be no school for students and staff. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our students and employees safe. Post a pic of your Snow Day Snowman on social media using the hashtag #EMSD37SnowDay and we'll compile a photo album of all the pics to share on Facebook. Have a safe extended-extended weekend! Good morning EMSD families! Unfortunately, the district's virtual meeting platform crashed this morning making live instruction virtually impossible. Teachers have uploaded assignments into their Google Classroom or sent it home yesterday. Please have your child complete this work as best as they can and turn it in to their teacher when we return. We apologize for this situation, and will make sure we are fully operational should another eLearning day be needed in the future. The positive is that this will provide students more time to enjoy this beautiful day by playing in all of this snow!!
