🍦 Beach Blanket Day & Ice Cream Celebration! 🏖️ Our 3rd graders have officially wrapped up their IAR testing, and we couldn't be prouder of the focus and "grit" they showed all week! To celebrate their incredible hard work, we turned the blacktop into a tropical oasis for Beach Blanket Day! 🏝️✨ Students traded their desks for beach towels and enjoyed a well-deserved ice cream party! 🍨 From sprinkles to chocolate syrup, the toppings were flowing and the smiles were even bigger. Testing can be tough, but these scholars proved they are tougher! Way to go, 3rd Grade! This past Wednesday, our Bowlesburg Girls on the Run team joined forces with the Rock Island Girls on the Run team to take on the Panther Pant 5K at UTHS. Seeing these two amazing groups come together as one giant community of support was the highlight of the week!

Congratulations to all our runners! You didn't just run a race—you crushed it! 🏁💪

In first grade we've been learning a lot from Junior Achievement! 💡 In session 3 we got to learn what it means to be an entrepreneur! 🏢 students got a map and got to place new businesses around their own 'town'. Our next session they got to be entrepreneurs themselves and open a business of their choice! 🩵
