Bowlesburg’s Girls on the Run team has been practicing since September for this weekend’s race. We had sixteen girls and their running buddies complete the Zombie 5k run in Davenport on Saturday. We are extremely proud.

3rd graders were invited to visit the Silvis Firehouse where they learned important fire safety procedures and the history of fire fighting. Thank you Silvis Fire Department
Parent-Teacher Conferences are quickly approaching. Schedule a time with your child's teacher!
Bowlesburg PTA is asking for donations of individual bags of chips, candy bars, individual size Gatorades, or other snacks that we can sell at Movie Night. The snack must be store bought and individually packaged with ingredients. Donations can be dropped off at the school office through Friday after school.

Mrs. Docherty, Mrs. Link and Mr. Wilken spent the last day of school hosting Bowlesburg's annual Great Pumpkin Run. The students cheered on their peers as they raced around the track. It was a warm day filled with smiles.
A big thank you to Quad City Marathon for providing shoes to our Girls on the Run team!
