The East Moline Public Library's Summer Reading Program is just around the corner! The theme this year is Reading Colors Your World. Mark your calendars for the kick-off dates to pick up information packets and reading logs and get free books and bracelets just for signing up! Kick off will be in the library parking lot and you can stop by via curbside just like last year.
