For November, Ms. Virginia (Vicky) was recognized by the Rock Island Regional Office of Education (RIROE) for the Employee of the Month Award at the East Moline Early Learning Center. Ms. Vicky joined our School Family in January 2023 as an instructional paraprofessional. Prior to a short time working in a local child care center, Vicky had several years of experience in banking. Looking for a career change, Ms. Vicky joined our team and has been an asset to our school programming. She is a hard worker, makes learning fun, connects with families, and understands the importance of putting children at the forefront of her daily responsibilities.
