UTHS will be hosting a Pfizer Vaccine Clinic on May 28th and June 18th.
UTHS is pleased to host a COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine clinic, sponsored by the Rock Island County Health Clinic and the School Health Link.
The clinic will be available to UTHS & EMSD students 12 years or older by the day of the clinic, May 28. Parents of students are also eligible.
The first clinic will be Friday, May 28 from 10:45 a.m to 4:15 p.m. The follow-up clinic will be Friday, June 18 at the same time.
All participants must sign a consent form. Form available HERE or at the UTHS or Glenview nurse’s office.
